This Agreement between PostOnce.Net and the Member is effective upon creating the account. Member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms of service.

Hold Harmless

Member agrees and understands the relationship of PostOnce.Net to the user is that of an intermediary providing a transfer of information provided by Member and is not responsible for its contents. Members agrees that PostOnce.Net is not and will not be responsible or liable for, and MEMBER agrees to hold harmless and indemnify PostOnce.Net for, any losses, claims, or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred by Member, Member’s company, or any other person connected to or agent of MEMBER.

Monthly Fees

New members will be billed automatically for services at the rate selected and agreed upon during the application. MEMBER is entitled to Post Loads and/or Equipment for transfer to web posting sites that the MEMBER is registered with and is a member in good standing, providing member’s posting site has agreed to accept electronic transfer of this information. MEMBER is entitled to use any other freely offered services integrated within the PostOnce.Net Membership.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing via E-mail to Support@PostOnce.Net or (by fax) 504-456-6702.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and shall constitute the entire agreement between PostOnce.Net and Member with respect to covered services.
